It has been started in 2006, when her first son went to the University in Saigon. Every Lunar New Year holiday, the Tet, COMAI makes a special beef jerky for him when he comes back to the homeland. As a food for her love, she makes it with a lot of patience and attentiveness. She improves the recipes year by year, in order to make her son and children enjoy the presents. Then her son gave that food to his friends, his relatives as a gift after the holidays. People enjoy it a lot thanks to the original taste of the beef.

Some years later, her daughter also left the town for the University. Every month, her mom send to her a small bag of beef jerky that can help her during the student life. She also delights her friends every Tet when she comes back from her hometown. It becomes an essential flavor for the Tet of many families.

One day, her children realize that the food homemade and handmade by their mother can help to fight against bad foods which are spreading cancer day by day. It’s rational because their mother won’t never use bad raw materials, never cook any food without hygiene, never use chemical substances in any food that she feeds her children. That’s the reason why they started to build a platform that can bring the those pure products of love from their mom to as many people as they can; 10 years after her first batch of beef jerky.
